FORMing

 

We refer a lot of FORMing people so you must be wondering what that means?  This in my opinion is what sets Team Beachbody Coaches apart of ALL other Network Marketing companies.  This is the sole reason why you can do this business without being ICKY.

 

F.O.R.M. stands for Family, Occupation, Recreation and Message. 

 

Family: Do you live around him/her? Do you have kids? How old are they? Boys or girls? Are you married? How long? These questions get the person to talking about themselves and give you a chance to learn about them. You can also share your answers for some of these same questions as you don’t want a linear conversation but at the same time you want to stay in control of the conversation. 

 

Occupation: What do you do for a living? When they tell you what they do, you have a great opportunity to ask them about their job – if it’s in an industry you are familiar with you can comment on some of the things you know about it. If it is unfamiliar to you this is your chance to learn about it. At the end of this segment, you can say, 'wow that sounds interesting, you must really love it!'. See what they say....If they DON'T love it, ask them why not? what would they like to do instead? Why? 

 

Recreation: This one’s easy! What do you do for fun? Where do you vacation? How do you spend your weekends? Do you have a hobby or play sports? At the end of this one you can say, 'well that sounds amazing, you must do it all the time!' See what they say...usually they don't and will say time or money restricts them. 

 

Message: When you feel the conversation winding down, or you are ready to move on it is time to deliver your message. Now is the time to use key things they have shared during your conversation. Here is an example of what your message may sound like.“Listen, name, it’s great to learn more about you. I heard you mention that you were looking for/needed/were interested in _______, and I would really love to be able to help you with that. Can I get your email address or connect on Facebook so we can continue this conversation later?”

 

If you are FORMing a NEW Coach Prospect 

 

* Once you have “FORMed” your new prospect, you will have a better understanding of their WHY and, their powerful motivation for wanting to make the business work for them. This is where you deliver the MESSAGE (the “M” in FORM). “Listen, name, it’s great to learn more about you! I’m excited about helping you get started with (inviting people to our challenges so you can start making some income.)”

 

REMEMBER, if they happen to turn it around and ask YOU how YOU are doing, ALWAYS BE POSITIVE AND ENTHUSIASTIC! 'Ex.) "I'm REALLY great thanks! Had some exciting changes recently and I'm feeling great!" This may prompt them to ask 'wow, that's great, what changes??'. Now the door is open for you to talk about Beachbody FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF YOUR EXPERIENCE. DON'T talk about the business, just talk about the impact Beachbody has had on you. TELL A STORY!!!!
